Total Fire Ban Days

Total Fire Ban days are declared by the CFA when fires are expected to spread rapidly and be difficult to control. Fires in the open air are legally restricted. This includes restrictions relating to:

• Burning Off
• Use of barbeques
• Campfires
• Welding / hot work
• Beekeeping
• Driving vehicles
• Commercial catering
• Use of chain saws and lawn mowing
• Farm and road machinery
• Incinerators
• Wildlife scare guns
