Upwey CFA 55th Jumble Sale will be happening Saturday 2nd of May 2026.
Collections will start at the beginning of April. If you have items you no longer need and they are in good condition, please dont put them out for Hard Rubbish consider holding on to them for a bit longer and we will collect them for our Jumble sale.

Join us for our Community Bushfire Street Information Sessions.
Meet your local fire fighters and learn first hand about the local risks, how to stay safe in the event of a bushfire, what the fire danger ratings really mean and more.
There will be lots of important information for new residents of Upwey, including fire history and behaviour in our local area.

CFA are providing a free Fire Planning Workshop to help you develop and document your own plan 1pm Saturday 13 December at the Belgrave Fire Station.
The workshop covers local fire risk, staying informed, bushfire behaviour, personal planning, developing your plan and a seasonal update.
Bushfires happen every year, be prepared.

Join us for our Fire Safety Safety Essentials session 4:30pm Saturday 29 November 2025 at the Upwey Fire Station – 134 Old Belgrave Road, Upwey.
Learn how to stay safe in the event of a bushfire.
We are also opening the station to the public from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Activities for the kids, see our fire trucks, meet with your local fire fighters, free giveaways.
The ever popular Upwey CFA 2nd Chance Book Sale returns bigger and better than before Saturday 16th August 2025.
This year includes Books, Vinyl Records and Art.
Doors open 9:00am – 2pm.
With prices starting at just $1 there will be lots of bargains to be had.
Donations can be dropped of at the station Sunday mornings between 10:00am – 11:00am from 13th July 2025 onwards. We do ask all donations are in a saleable condition.
